Originally released on vinyl in 2015 on Modern Ruin Record, Brain Music was my first release and only record put out under the name Skubi and was extremely representative of the intersection of footwork, drum & bass and trap music I was listening to, DJing and partying with at the time. Almost seven years later, it still holds up. Especially that House of Black Lanterns Remix- I still play that out whenever I find myself in that tempo range. I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it.
